How to request a withdrawal, step by step
The Payment Methods page sets out the routesource [4]. In order:
- Log in at Kiwi's Treasure (the Login button on this site opens the casino in a new tab).
- Open Bank. Any bonus wagering has to be finished first.
- Choose Withdraw and pick a method: Visa or NETELLER.
- Upload ID if the casino asks for it.
- Wait out the pending hold and the method's processing time.
If a welcome bonus is still being wagered, a withdrawal request cancels itsource [6]. That is a costly mistake on day one, so check the bonus balance before you press Withdraw.
How long each method takes
Two pages give two sets of times. The Help Centre article is more cautious than the Payment Methods cards, so I'd plan on the Help Centre figures and treat the faster ones as a bonus.
| Method | Pending hold | Help Centre | Payment Methods page | Plan on |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NETELLER (e-wallet) | at least 24 hours | 24–48 hours | "Instant"; withdrawal steps say up to 72 hours | hold + up to 72 hours |
| Visa (card) | at least 24 hours | 3–7 business days | 1 - 3 business days | hold + 3–7 business days |
| Bank transfer, if your cashier offers it | at least 24 hours | 3–7 business days | not listed | hold + 3–7 business days |
Sources for the rows: the Help Centre articlesource [2], the Payment Methods cardssource [4] and the bank-transfer line in the same articlesource [2]. Withdrawals are not paid over weekendssource [2]. The Withdrawal Policy adds a timing quirk: requests made between 05:00 GMT Thursday and 05:00 GMT Sunday stay reversible until 05:00 GMT Mondaysource [1]. In New Zealand time that window runs from Thursday evening, so a cashout requested on a Friday payday stays pending until at least Monday evening.
How much you can take out, and what it costs
The floor is $50source [3] and the ceiling £10,000 per 24 hourssource [5]. A separate rule kicks in for big wins: if a withdrawal is five or more times everything you have deposited across the group, the casino may review play and pay €4,000 a weeksource [5].
On fees the pages contradict each other. The Withdrawal Policy charges NZ$5 on bank-transfer withdrawals under NZ$500source [1], and you carry any currency-conversion fee your bank chargessource [1]. The FAQ, meanwhile, says there are no internal banking feessource [7]. Plan on the fee.
How verification works before a payout
Documents are requested by the casino rather than uploaded up front. A first withdrawal, a large one or new payment details can trigger the request, and verification is always required once deposits reach €3,000source [1]. The Help Centre listssource [8]:
- Identity: valid passport, valid 18+ documents, valid driver's licence (front and back).
- Address: utility bill (no older than 6 months), bank statement (no older than 6 months), lease agreement.
- Sometimes: proof of income (if applicable), proof of ownership of the payment method (if applicable), Source of Funds documents.
Upload through My Account → Upload My Documents, or email themsource [9]. The same article gives two file-size limits, under 5MB and below 10MB, so keep files under 5MB. How long the check takes is not publishedsource [10].
How to fix a stuck or refused withdrawal
The Help Centre names the reasons a withdrawal can be refusedsource [11]:
- Incomplete verification
- Anomaly / risk detection
- Unfulfilled Source of Funds verification
- Bonus abuse or irregular gameplay
- Winnings from a free (no-deposit) bonus are capped
- Proven fraud
Two rules cause most of the friction. Money goes back by the method you deposited with, up to the deposited amountsource [5], so a Mastercard deposit leaves you needing Visa or NETELLER on file. And changing the payout method has two answers: the Help Centre says Bank → Withdraw → pencil icon → Edit Account, while the Terms say only Player Services can update payment detailssource [12]. If the pencil route fails, use live chat. Locked out altogether? The Kiwis Treasure casino login page has the reset steps.
